44” wide concrete stairs with a total rise of 10’-7-1/2” and total run of 11’-11-3/8” with the
landing of 44” wide x 88” long. 20 risers @ 6.375” and 19 treads @ 11” with a 1” nosing. landing
height @ 5’-3-3/4”
from the model builder:
all of the models provided by me are generated from autocad real world space which simply means that
they are not scaled models. these are the same sizes if you were to actual build them in the real
would. all the quantities of materials and potential problems building them here are encountered in
the same way when i build them in the computer. i provide highly detailed construction models and
complete material take-offs for any project jest e-mail me your plans in pdf format and i will send
you a detailed proposal of my services. i guaranty that you will never build another thing without
this service after you see what i can provide to you in the most accurate form. i can build your
project to scale within 1/8” of the actual construction site.
